The senator representing the good people of Imo East Senatorial District, Ezenwa Onyewuch, was among the dignitaries who attended the funeral of ceremony of Late Dr. Chris Asoluka (Okwuruoha), who passed at the age of 70.
The late Dr. Chris Asoluka who was laid to rest on Friday, July 25, 2025 has been described by many as a quintessential father, husband, scholar, elder statesman and peaceful politician, who navigated the political landscape without acrimony. And the attendance at his burial is proof of who he stood for during his lifetime.
The burial was also attended by the Deputy Governor of Imo State, Chinyere Okomaru who represented the state governor, Senator Hope Uzodinma.
